Then on the second day you have to do day 2 AND day 1.
Then on the third day you have to do day 3, day 2, and day 1.
Then keep going through day 12.
Here are the exercises:
With Dumbbells/Kettlebell/Barbell
1- :30 Cardio (run, bike, jump rope, etc.)
2- 2 push press
3- 3 front squats/Goblet squats
4- 4 hang power cleans
5- 5 deadlifts
6- 6 burpees
7- 7 KB/DB swings overhead
8- 8 pushups
9- 9 pullups/inverted rows/bent over rows
10- 10 Wall balls/light squat to overhead press
11- 11 Lunges each leg (you can jump)
12-12 spiderman climb each leg if you can't run
So you start by doing :30 cardio.
Then you do 2 push press, then :30 cardio.
Then 3 squats, 2 push press, and :30 cardio.
Then 4 hang power cleans, 3 squats, 2 push press, and :30 cardio.
