2 lb beef, cut into chunks
For marinade:
2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
For the sauce:
1 medium onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 fresh bay leaves
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
