Red chilli 1
Saute
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Saute
Tomato chopped 1

Curry leaves
Saute
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Mix well
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Menthi aaku 1 cup chopped
Mix well / cook 2-3 min
Add boiled Toor dal ( 1 cup approx )
Mix well
Salt as needed
Mix & cook 2 min
Coriander leaves
Turn off
Methi dal ready 🌿
