Zapdos may be shiny locked unfortunately. Even trying to catch it and waiting for another hour for it to spawn from the sky wouldn’t help much of shiny hunting it. I previously caught a Zapdos from the Power Plant, but I didn’t shiny hunt it. Anyways, I didn’t catch another one, but I did ignore it so it doesn’t come back another hour unless Articuno or Moltres may spawn instead for another 3 hours
