Wendell Wallach, Carnegie-Uehiro Fellow for the Artificial Intelligence & Equality Initiative (AIEI), says that the next five to ten years will be crucial to the development of artificial intelligence technologies and Carnegie Council will work to "empower ethics" in these discussions.
