Brutal difficulty gameplay of black caves in the game Rebel Inc for ios (also available for android), using the civil servant governor type. This is meant to be a kind of personal review or guide and/or walkthrough on how to beat the Rebel Inc map known as black caves on brutal difficulty using the civil servant governor type. The different levels of difficulty are: casual, normal, and brutal. I always do all levels of difficulty for each map in the game. The maps that are in the game are: black caves, distant steppe, pistachio forest, southern desert, mountain pass, and saffron fields. The governors that are in the game are: civil servant, economist, general, banker, smuggler, warlord, and tank commander. I have tons of videos pertaining to all of these different governor types in my playlists that are linked further down in the description. This video may or may not take place before or after any updates or maps have been performed on or added to the game Rebel Inc. As such, I try to beat the game Rebel Inc using what I think are the best advisors and what I think is the best strategy. Rebel Inc is a game created by Ndemic Creations in which you have to stabilize an area by providing them with civilian and governmental initiatives, all the while fighting back against an ever-growing threat of insurgents trying to get rid of your government. The game is by all means about strategy and simulation.
