SNP Westminster leader Stephen Flynn told the Rishi Sunak it was a dangerous moment for devolution when the Prime Minister and Keir Starmer sek to overturn a promise between Scottish politicians and the Scottish people.
The Prime Minister replied that this was part of The Scotland Act and the SNP, at the time, voted for it.
