The video was made by young people working at Dudley Council as part of the Future Jobs Fund scheme and shows some of those that took part talking about their experiences.
Anecdotal evidence to date suggests that the scheme has been of tremendous benefit to those taking part. Individuals who have taken part in the scheme with support from Adult and Community Learning have said it has led to increased confidence, increased their experience of work and has improved their CVs.
