27th of April marks Freedom Day in the country. It's the day South Africa's first post-apartheid elections took place and ushered in a democratic society. Twenty-six years later, the day is commemorated at a time when a global pandemic has resulted in a lockdown of our country. With limited movement and some rights being curtailed by the State of Disaster Act, Kim Daniels spoke to some South Africans about how they feel at this time.
