To celebrate the colours of brotherhood, among Indians, I am sharing the recipe of Meethi seviyan (मीठी सेवइयां) also known as Seviyan ka Zarda (सेवइयां का ज़र्दा). Filled with all the goodness of dry fruits, cooked with Love takes only 10 minutes at max.
Ingredients: Roasted Vermicelli 100 grams, desi ghee 100 grams, khoya 75 grams,Almonds diced 2 table spoon, charoli 2 table spoon, raisin 2 table spoon, cardamom powder 1 table spoon, 2 table spoon dry chopped coconut, 1 table spoon grated coconut for garnishing, edible silver leaf or foil (chaandi ka vark) if already available in your kitchen, Sugar 150 grams, Milk 400 grams and Food colour or you may use kesar as per your convenience.
