Harshad Mehta’s wife comes up with a website - Key Pointers
Jyoti, Harshad’s wife, claims that Harshad died of medical negligence in his cell. He complained and requested treatment at 7 PM when he suffered the first heart attack- - ignored.
He was given Sorbitrate on request. It was an emergency medicine given by his wife for these circumstances. It prolonged his life for 4 hours but jail authorities didn’t use that time to shift him to the hospital on time.
Jyoti claims that she and the entire family of Harshad Mehta have been facing group punishment for 30 years despite being innocent. The custodian to date has not been able to connect the flow of money to Harshad’s family yet their fundamental rights have been taken away.
Despite knowing that the claims were false and exaggerated, 3285.46 crore rupees in favour of the IT department and ₹ 1716.07 Crores in favour of the banks were released that fulfilled the tax demands and entire principal sum decrees were obtained by the banks.
Jyoti also said that the custodians also sold their Blue Chip shares at a throwaway price leaving them with huge losses of Rs.20,677.28 Crores just to meet their (custodians) patently illegal demands.
In a further claim, she also added that the custodians deliberately didn’t recover their attached assets from banks and third parties despite the supreme court’s orders, causing them a further loss of more than Rs.5,000 Crores.
