If you experience ANY of these symptoms, immediately move to a cool, dry place, drink water or a sports drink, and if possible, put cool, wet cloths on your body (on your forehead, around your neck, and on the insides of your wrists).
These points are known as your pulse points and have a larger influence than other parts of your body in regards to regulating body temperature. They let the brain (hypothalamus) know to turn down the body thermostat by tricking it into thinking you are cold.
But above all, if you or someone you are with seems to be having a heat stroke then call 911 for immediate assistance!
