In this video I will be showing you the process involved in replacing your wastegate bushings in your N54 stock twin turbos. If you have the skills to remove the turbos from the car you likely also have the skills needed to replace the bushings as well.

Wastegate actuator should be set so that at 6 in Hg the flapper is able to be spun but is still pressing against the exhaust housing port. Then increase the vacuum to 7 in Hg and the flapper should be firmly closed against the exhaust housing port and be unable to spin.
