In today’s video I discuss the issues with a brand-new Thor oven/range. This was purchased through Idlers and installed by Idlers. The door has never closed completely. Service techs have come out twice to try to fix it. Several months of this headache and still no solution. The oven is absolutely brand new costing over $3000. Should I go to Home Depot?
Update: Thor sent out an identical range. And now the new range is doing the exact same thing.
Many people are complaining that the  controller knobs are blistering. I would assume that’s from the heat of the door is not closing all the way. This sounds like a large problem.
