Breaking ranks with the European Union, Hungary has approved the use of the Astrazeneca-Oxford vaccine as well as Russia’s Sputnik V, both still unapproved by European health authorities. Budapest said it has reached a deal with Moscow to buy large quantities of the vaccine, in a boost for Russia who wants to grow its share in the worldwide vaccine market, as FRANCE 24's Dave Keating reports from Brussels.
