Stormy Daniels' attorney asked a federal judge on Wednesday for permission to depose President Donald Trump about his knowledge of an alleged agreement to pay the porn star $130,000 a week and a half before the 2016 election. If successful, the motion would require the president to explain, under oath, what he knew about the secret agreement. NBC’s White House correspondent Kristen Welker reports for TODAY.
