Jurrian Knijtijzer pitches Finch Buildings at ECO15 Berlin. The Dutch startup develops smart green homes that are modular, sustainable, smart and healthy. The wooden houses can be stacked and combined to create large, growing buildings anywhere in the world. As the first market are student homes, Finch Buildings also wants to raise a lease fund to be able to own the assets and let the Finch modules to users that don't have capital. Finch Buildings graduated from Rockstart Smart Energy Accelerator in 2015 and is currently fundraising.
