How rare is this? It really isn't very often that an EV runs out of juice... after all, when was the last time you ran out of gas? It's no different with an electric car accept that ANOTHER electric vehicle can (sometimes) charge your battery to get you back on the road. This video shows a real life example of a Leaf that was carelessly driven until the battery ran out of energy. In this instance, a Ford F-150 Lightning was able to charge the Leaf's battery enough in 20 minutes for it to drive 24 Kms to the next charging station. V2V (or vehicle to vehicle).
