This EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) Workout will take just 20 minutes of your time.
You have to complete 3 sets of exercises on each arm withing a minute, when complete you rest for the remaining time before next minute.
For the first 10 minutes you need to complete EMOM:
3x Clean
3x Squats
3x Push Presses
Following 10 minutes you need to complete EMOM:
4x Clean
4x Squats
4x Push Presses
For this workout I'm using 20kg Kettlebell, but you can use Dumbbell if you don't have Kettlebell. Weight and reps can be adjusted if needed.
Make sure you can maintain good form through whole workout.
