The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg has dismissed with costs former President Jacob Zuma's leave to appeal bid against a ruling of the court that he may not privately prosecute President Cyril Ramaphosa. The full bench of the court previously set aside Zuma's bid against Ramaphosa.The matter centres around the accusation by Zuma that Ramaphosa is criminally liable as an accessory after the fact for failing to investigate prosecutor Billy Downer for leaking his medical records during his arms deal case.
