💠 Interesting Move - In a lot of ways, this acquisition seems to be aligned with their corporate strategy, especially with Europe and Micro-geo focus. But in terms of vertical, this is a new one. So, can we safely conclude that Aptean is going to do everything that Infor is doing for its corporate strategy?
💠 Which Product Portfolio? - Not sure how this is going to play out, with other products in their portfolio. But this could be a first step to penetrating the France market. And then follow on with other products in their portfolio.
💠France is a unique market. There are other solutions such as Sage Intacct that are trying to penetrate this market as well, with localizations exclusively designed for this market.
