SPG is one of those I keep around to season Steaks, Pork, Chicken and whatever else. It's quick it's tasty and it goes a long way. I suggest you try making some today. you won't be sorry.
For example, I did some Sous Vide boneless porkchops with SPG, they were great.

4 Parts Kosher Salt
2 Parts fresh Ground Pepper
1 Part Garlic Powder
