In this video I am tying the CBC Green Machine salmon fly.
This is my second most requested salmon fly pattern. It is not only great for Atlantic salmon but it is also very effective for sea run brook trout as well.
CBC Green Machine Salmon Fly Recipe
Hook: Mustad 9672 size 12,10 or 8.
Tag: Flat, gold tinsel
Butt: Green uni-stretch
Body: Kelly green yarn
Hackle: Brown, palmered
Optional: Extra small copper wire to secure the hackle.
