TRUMP GIVES MEDAL OF FREEDOM TO FOX NEWS PUNDIT: President Trump is awarding the Medal of Freedom to retired four-star Army general Jack Keane, who was the former Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army and currently a senior strategic analyst for Fox News. Trump has twice offered Gen. Keane the role of Secretary of Defense in his administration, while Gen. Keane has turned down both offers. This is the 16th recipient of the nation’s highest civilian honor that Trump has awarded, most recently to conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh.
