Adult Street Dance Loughton is all about having fun, getting fit and learning some great new dance moves.

This weeks routine was to 'Blame it on The Boogie' by Michael Jackson. This was a recycled routine from almost a year ago that they really wanted to recap and dance again!

So much can happen in an hour, the moves can look too hard but then as they are broken down and taught, then you rehearse again and again it all begins to fall into place. Fabulous Class!

We meet every Sunday morning in Loughton, we welcome all adults, all you need to be able to do is have fun.
