SOO HOON PEDAS
Resipi
Bahan-bahan :
Soo Hoon (rendam dengan air panas)
3 ulas bawang putih(cincang halus)
2 cili padi (potong kecil)
Sedikit daun bawang (potong kecil)
1 sudu besar serbuk cili
1 sudu besar bijan
Minyak
1 sudu besar kicap masin
1 sudu besar cuka hitam
sedikit garam
1 sudu kecil gula
1 sudu kecil serbuk perasa
Sedikit timun
Sedikit lobak merah
Sedikit daun ketumbar
Sedikit garam
Sedikit kacang tanah (sangai dan tumbuk)
Cara memasak:
1. Rendam soo hoon dengan air panas dan biarkan seketika. Kemudian angkat dan tapiskan/
2. Sediakan mangkuk lain, masukkan bawang putih, cili padi, daun bawang, serbuk cili dan bijan.
3. Panaskan minyak dan tuangkan ke dalam bahan dalam mangkuk tadi. Kacau sebati.
4. Masukkan kicap masin soya, cuka hitam, garam, gula dan serbuk perasa. Kacau sebati dan ketepikan.
5. Sediakan mangkuk lain, masukkan soo hoon, lobak merah, timun, daun ketumbar dan kacang dan sos yang dah siap tadi.
6. Kacau sebati dan sedia untuk dihidang.
ACAR TIMUN SPRITE
Bahan-bahan :
1 tin sprite
1 timun jepun (hiris halus)
1 lemon (potong bulat)
2 cili padi (potong kecil)
1 sudu besar gula
Sedikit garam
1 sudu kecil cuka
Cara-cara :
1. Hiris timun dengan nipis dan masukkan kedalam bekas yang kedap udara.
2. Masukkan lemon, cili padi, gula, garam, cuka dan tuang satu tin sprite. Tutup bekas tersebut.
3. Masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk dan biarkan selama 4 jam. Sedia untuk dimakan.

SPICY SOO HOON PEDAS
Recipe
Ingredients:
Soo Hoon (soak with hot water)
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 bird’s eye (cut into small pieces)
A little spring onion (cut into small pieces)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Oil
1 tbsp salty soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
a little bit of salt
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of seasoning powder
A little cucumber
A little carrot
A little coriander leaves
A little bit peanuts (roasted and mashed)
Cooking method:
1. Soak the soo hoon with hot water and leave it for a while. Then lift and filter.
2. Prepare another bowl, add garlic, bird’s eye, spring onions, chili powder and sesame seeds.
3. Heat the oil and pour it into the ingredients in the bowl. Stir well.
4. Add soy sauce, black vinegar, salt, sugar and seasoning powder. Stir well and set aside.
5. Prepare another bowl, add soo hoon, carrot, cucumber, coriander leaves and mashed peanuts and the sauce that was prepared earlier.
6. Stir well and ready to serve.
ACAR TIMUN SPRITE
Ingredients:
1 can of sprite
1 Japanese cucumber (finely sliced)
1 lemon (cut rounds)
2 bird’s eye chillies (cut into small pieces)
1 tbsp of sugar
A little bit of salt
1 tsp white vinegar
Method:
1. Thinly slice the cucumber and put it in an airtight container.
2. Add lemon, bird’s eye chilies, sugar, salt, white vinegar and pour a can of sprite. Close the container.
3. Put it in the fridge and leave it for 4 hours. Ready to eat.
