Uganda is set to enter into a bilateral agreement with South Sudan to compensate Ugandan businesses that suffered heavy losses during the conflict in South Sudan. Under the deal, Uganda will pay out 41.6 million dollars to businesses with the expectation that South Sudan will reimburse its neighbor. CGTN's Michael Baleke reports from Kampala.
