The gantry on the LE5040 was knocked out of alignment (square) recently and I needed to get that fixed. It is easy to square the gantry to the front of the LE5040 frame. This video goes through how to get the gantry square again using some simple tools.
After you do this process once or twice, you will become efficient at doing this. You might want to add this step to your basic setup process every time you use your laser.
