One of my favorite pasta recipes!
Recipe:
Slice 3 garlic cloves. Sweat the garlic in olive oil with parsley stems, anchovies and dried red chili flakes. Add Clams and white wine. Cover the pan with the lid and cook for around 3mins (till the clams open). Remove the clams from the pan and add half cooked pasta. Add pasta water(The sauce will thicken and coat the pasta because of the starch). Once the pasta is al dente, add the clams back along with chopped parsley.
