🎄 Vlogmas day 3 🇵🇭 Siargao has a HUGE Problem right now AND it's getting worse with each day that passes. There is now a fuel shortage and generators are completely sold out. There's very little hope that this huge underwater power cable can be fixed anytime soon and nobody knows who is responsible for breaking it.
The government is sending specialist equipment to help detect where the problem area is on the submarine power cable. In the meantime we must get by with the limited resources available to us. Luckily we invested in Solar after the huge Typhoon in 2021 which is allowing us to help our neighbours to stay functional during these hot and unsure times.
