Easy Pork Guisado Recipe
Marinate:
600g pork,sliced into strips
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 pcs calamansi
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Saute:
Annatto oil(2 tbsp cooking oil, 1/2 tbsp Atsuete seeds)
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 potato
1 carrot
1 red bell pepper
