A charity worker who knew Liverpool terrorist attack suspect Emad Al Swealmeen told ITV News that "you always look for the best in people", but that something must have gone "dreadfully wrong" in Al Swealmeen's life.
The suspect was the only fatality when a bomb exploded at Liverpool Women's Hospital on Sunday.
