A Nairobi chief magistrate’s court has ordered the refund of KSh. 500,000 deposited by human rights activist Edwin Kiama on account of the ongoing investigation over his tweet touching on President Uhuru Kenyatta. The court further directed that the police should not harass Kiama during the ongoing investigation.
