Origin: Anterior surface of fibula and interosseous membrane.
Insertion: Base of distal phalange of great toe.
Concentric Action: Great toe extension and ankle dorsiflexion.
Innervation: Deep Fibular Nerve (Deep Peroneal Nerve) L4, L5 & S1
