Many of you may have Singer 15 sewing machines that are more modern than this 1905 model. While Singer machines stayed in production for many decades with very few changes to speak of, there were some running changes made over the years and that included the way the shuttle race and hook installed into the machine after cleaning. In this video, I show how to reassemble one of the earlier class 15 shuttle and race systems before Singer changed is designed to be more service friendly from the front side.
