In this video I share my favorite tool for managing client communication and payment collection: HoneyBook. This client relationship management tool is great for creative service-based business owners like me. You can send proposals, contracts, and invoices all in one file to clients. It’s so convenient being able to automatically bill clients at every stage of the project and track all communication and files exchanged with clients. I walk you through the steps of creating an invoice using HoneyBook and how the payment page works. I also explain the fees HoneyBook charges, and how you can account for those in your business.
