finebody™ HOME EDITION is a series of videos created with the purpose to assist and help our members during this locked down situation caused by COVID19.
The video shows a high Intensity, short duration cardio workout. There is a total of 6 exercises and two levels of duration. The objective is to complete 3 consecutive rounds.
Short option is 30 seconds work or 20 repetitions and 15 sec rest only between exercises.
Long option is 30 seconds work or 20 repetitions and 15 sec rest only between exercises.
Because of the Intensity, this is NOT a workout for anyone who suffers from cardiovascular, pulmonary or metabolic disease. Only members asymptomatic and fit should attempt this circuit.
The 6 exercises shown are:
Jumping rope, Pushup to 2 point bridge, Squats, Walking lunges, Skate jumps and Sit up throws.
