In this video I will cover my new investment, CoreCivic, and revisit some thoughts also on another prior position in my stock portfolio GEO group, a competitor of CoreCivic. Both of these companies are ex-REIT private prison companies operating in the US mainly. While there is big political pressure to end private prisons in the US, the companies are still here and operating, and present a quite risky, but interesting investment opportunity. I believe their assets are being undervalued at the moment, and thus, it might be a time to buy these two. Value investing is the name of the game, I hope you enjoy the video!
