The City of Columbus Administration, Economic Development & Environment Committees hold a 2020 Proposed operating budget hearing at Columbus City Hall on December 3rd, 2019.
Each year, Columbus City Council conducts hearings on the Mayor's proposed operating budget, providing information to the community on how budget determinations are made, and offering an opportunity for public comment on the proposed budget.
"We are excited to hear directly from residents as we review funding for vital city services next year," said Council President Pro Tem Elizabeth Brown. “We want to highlight how these dollars help support the success of every family in Columbus while we also gather feedback on how the city can continue to improve the services it provides.”
