You need a combined destruction and time bonus score of 40,550 points or more.

The maximum time bonus score for this mission is 12,050 points for finishing the mission in 10 minutes or less. If you complete the mission in that amount of time, you'll only need 28,500 points during the mission itself to get the S Rank. If you take longer than 10 minutes then ghe time bonus score decreases by 50 points per second so you must destroy more enemies to compensate.
