The Bluebell Railway hosted the annual Sir Nigel Gresley Locomotive Trust's Members Day for 2024 on a beautiful autumn day. Members were exclusively treated to up to two round trips of the line from Sheffield Park behind of course the A4 Pacific itself. 60007 had participated in the "Giants of Steam Gala" the previous weekend. The museum, buffet and gift shop were open as well as the SNGLT sales stand and all the staff gave us a very warm welcome. The trust's AGM was also held there. There were a number of interesting Bluebell Railway resident locomotives evident including the latest British new build steam locomotive, Brighton Atlantic 32424 "BEACHY HEAD" which was fortunately stabled in a platform at Sheffield Park station.
