Comments from Bassman :
"Highlights from the OUTSIDE concert in Vienna. Why not release the complete concert? Good versions, good sound quality. (When bowie was touring Vienna for this tour he said in several interviews that he got extremely interested and inspired by the art of Vienna based artist Hermann Nietsch, a performance-artist who works mainly with blood spread over huge white canvas. He is a very well respected artist within the German speaking countries and he is also famous for his art-performances, slaughtering cows and sheep in a sort of religious rebirthing performance covering naked people with the warm blood and bloody bodyparts of the animal. He also has worked a lot with the people in the famous mental hospital outside Vienna. Bowie was supposed to meet with Nietsche when he gave that concert in Vienna, but as far as i know he never did. That's probably why the cd is called "Where Is Bloody Hermann?")."
