Ingredients
Compound chocolate slab
• Milk chocolate -125 gram
• Dark Chcolaote-125 gram
Chopped nuts 1 tbspoon (cashew nuts and almonds)
Instructions
• Take a bowl of coarsely chopped chocolate at normal temperature.
• Use Double boiler method to melt the chocolate to smooth consistency. Mix both the chocolates properly.
• Pour into moulds. While pouring into the moulds add nuts and set them for few minutes or in refrigerator for 30 minutes..
• Remove chocolates from moulds.
• You can eat them right away or wrap in beautiful colorful papers for gift.
