If an employer wishes to employ Overseas workers the sponsor must obtain Sponsorship Licence from the Home Office. The company can submit this application directly to the Home Office and the processing time for Licence application is about 8 weeks. However, if the company pays £500 on top of the Home Office fee the licence can be processed in 10 working days only!
