On the sidelines of WIPO’s first-ever Intellectual Property Judges Forum, Ms. Annabelle Bennett, Former Judge, Federal Court of Australia, Sydney, Australia, shared her views about the judicial role in developing intellectual property law and the value of transnational dialogue.
More than 110 judges from some 65 countries gathered at WIPO’s headquarters in Geneva for Forum, which aims to provide a platform for judges to share expertise on the most pressing intellectual property challenges raised by accelerating innovation and the cross-border use of IP. The Forum took place from November 7-9, 2018.
