The second batch of Pfizer-BioNTech's Covid-19 vaccine will arrive Feb 26.
Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said the subsequent batches would arrive every two weeks.
"A total of 271,802 frontliners including those from the health sector have registered for the programme," he told a press conference held via Zoom today.
He also said the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme will commence Feb 24, two days ahead of the original schedule of Feb 26.
It would see Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin being the first vaccine recipient, alongside the frontliners to be inoculated in the first phase to be carried out until April.
