INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Base:
1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp peanut butter
Nougat and Nuts Layer:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup salted peanuts chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel Layer:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/8 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Top Chocolate Layer:
1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Chocolate Base
1. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Using a double-boiler, slowly melt the chocolate. Once smooth, add peanut butter and blend evenly.
2. Cover the bottom of the pan with the chocolate mixture and allow to cool + harden.
Nougat and Nuts*
3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar and evaporated milk; once dissolved, bring to a boil. Continue to stir while boiling gently for 5 minutes. Stir in marshmallow cream, and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
4. Remove from burner and add the peanuts until fully combined. To form the nougat + nuts layer, pour the mixture over the chocolate layer and allow to cool at room temperature.

5. Cut butter into tablespoon pieces and melt evenly over medium heat.
6. Carefully dissolve in the brown sugar, being sure not to let any undissolved crystals stick to the edge of the pan.
7. Once well combined, mix in corn syrup and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until evenly blended.
8. Gradually bring the heat up until the mixture begins to boil. Once it starts to bubble, place in your thermometer, bring the heat down to medium and raise the caramel's temperature to 230°F (do NOT let it go above 233°F).
9. Remove from heat - add in vanilla and pour over the nougat + nuts layer.
Chocolate Top Layer
10. Using a double-boiler, slowly melt the chocolate. Once smooth, add peanut butter and blend evenly.
11. Cover the caramel with the chocolate mix.
12. Allow to cool completely. You can expedite this process by placing the entire batch in the freezer for 20 - 30 minutes.
13. Cut, serve + enjoy!
