Prof. Makarand Hastak is the Head of Construction Engineering and Management and Professor of Civil Engineering, Purdue University. He is the founder of the Global Leadership Forum for Construction Programs (GLF-CEM). He has authored the book entitled “Infrastructure Planning Handbook Planning, Engineering, and Economics Alvin S. Goodman and Makarand Hastak (2006)”.
