This is my easy, simple but very crispy and very delicious sweet and spicy crispy fried pork.

INGREDIENTS

-2-2.5Kilos pork chopped into small cubes
-4Tbsp fish sauce
-ground black pepper
-6Tbsp Cornstarch
-1cup all purpose flour
-1/2cup cornstarch
-about 3/4cup water
-oil for frying
-100g butter
-1cup ketchup
-1cup hot sauce
-1/2cup washed sugar
-1/2cup honey
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp chili flakes
-1Cup water
-2Tbsp cornstarch
-1Tbsp vinegar
-sesame seeds (optional)
