To explain how i got this time, i will give you an explaination on all the bugs and glitches used

The barney skip: While barney is talking spam q and left click to somehow skip the whole thing.

Alyx beatenup: Alyx activates slightly earlier then usual and beats up the patrol faster.

Barney crowbar skip: Spamming the keys used in the barney skip, you can glitch out of the cutscene to save some milli seconds.

Then you juat speedrun the vehicle parts.

Strider Party pooper: Activate the helis before the striders come. As soon as the disco ball comes they get killed.
